TVPAW is a Website/App providing services for viewing content on the Internet such as computers, IOS and Android phones. These Terms of Use with the Privacy Policy form a comprehensive set of rules governing the use of the services on this website/app (the “Terms of Service”).
I. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION:
Some features of TVPAW require to register, log in to use. If you do not register, log in, you can only use TVPAW with normal features. II. USE THE SERVICE

III. SERVICE TVPAW
The TVPAW service and any content viewed through our service is a personal entertainment service, you may not transfer, sell, give and do any actitvities with the copyright of all content on TVPAW's system in any form. In addition, no ownership rights are transferred to you. You are not allowed to use our service for public screenings.

Content sharing: We offer a solution to link to the content on the TVPAW Service using the sharing tool under each content. You can share content by using the link we provide running on our website/app. You may not embed the content of the website/application in any other application hardware or software, even for non-commercial purposes. TVPAW reserves the right to prevent embedding to any website or other location that TVPAW finds inappropriate or objectionable.
IV. CUSTOMERS' RESPONSIBILITIES
When using TVPAW service, it is strictly forbidden for Customers to:
Taking advantage of the use of TVPAW services to harm national security, social order and safety; undermining the great unity block of the whole people; propaganda wars of aggression and terrorism; causing hatred and conflict among peoples, ethnicities, races and religions; propagandize, incite violence, lewdness, debauchery, crime, social evils, superstition, and destroy the nation's fine customs and traditions.
Discuss and post content on political issues.
Disclose state secrets, military secrets, security, economic, foreign affairs and other secrets prescribed by law in any form on TVPAW.
Harassing, cursing, disturbing or any unethical behavior when communicating with other users.
Using the image of another person infringes the honor, dignity and reputation of the person having the image.
Taking advantage of TVPAW service to collect information of users, publish information and documents about other users' private lives.
Disseminating information that distorts, slanders, ridicules or damages reputation to organizations and individuals in any form.
Acts and attitudes that damage the reputation of TVPAW or the management company in any form or manner.
Promote any product in any form, including but not limited to sending, transmitting any message of advertising, solicitation, chain letter, investment opportunity on TVPAW without any written consent of the host company.
Taking advantage of TVPAW to organize forms of betting, gambling or agreements related to money, cash and kind.
Illegally obstructing, disrupting or sabotaging the server system; obstruct access to information and use legal services on TVPAW.
Unauthorized use of passwords, cryptographic keys of organizations and individuals, private information, personal information and Internet resources.
Creating unauthorized links to legitimate domain names of organizations and individuals. Create, install, and distribute malware and computer viruses; illegally infiltrate, gain control of information systems, create attack tools on the Internet.
Use any program, tool or other means to interfere with TVPAW system.
Other acts of infringing upon the products, property and reputation of TVPAW and its management company in any form.
V. RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF TVPAW
In the process of using the product, if you violate any of the terms of this Regulation or other TVPAW Product Use Agreement specified on TVPAW, we have the right to terminate, delete the account without consent and without any liability to you.
Any violation of the account holder during the use of TVPAW products, TVPAW has the right to terminate all rights of the account holder in the use of TVPAW products and will request the authorities to intervene according to regulations of the Law.
When detecting violations such as fraud, unauthorized system intrusion, or other errors, TVPAW has the right to use the information that you provide when registering an account to transfer to the authorities for settlement according to the provisions of law.
Responsible for supporting the account holder in the process of using TVPAW's products.
Receive and resolve customer complaints about cases arising in the process of using the product, however, to facilitate effective complaint settlement TVPAW is only obliged to support, receive and deal with customers. The registered account has complete, honest and accurate information for the requested items, including but not limited to the information requested at the registration stage, payment confirmation on the payment gateway. In some necessary cases, TVPAW may require customers to provide additional information and documents within a certain period of time to serve the settlement of complaints, and in this case, customers commit to the association will cooperate to provide such information and documents on time as requested by TVPAW.

VI. INFORMATION EXCHANGE

TVPAW reserves the right to put any account on “blockage” at any time with or without notice to the member to protect itself and its partners from alleged fraudulent activities. TVPAW is not required to add any points or promotions for account “blocking” by or through TVPAW's automated process.
VIII. LIMITATION OF US LIABILITY
Force majeure is understood as an event that is not within the reasonable control of the party affected by such event and cannot be foreseen and avoided, whether it occurs now or in the future, including natural disasters, war, threat of war, act of terrorism, military or naval intervention, sabotage, sabotage, insurrection, flood, tornado, earthquake, thunder, hurricanes, fires, embargoes, epidemics, strikes, satellite failures, electrical short, hardware and software failures, Internet connection problems that may disrupt the service or cause it to malfunction.
TVPAW commits to make maximum efforts to provide the best service possible, minimize risks and damages arising but does not take any responsibility in case of force majeure.
IX. INFORMATION AND SECURITY
The collection, use and protection of your personal information using the service on TVPAW is regulated in the Privacy Policy.
X. VIOLATION OF CODE
Depending on the seriousness of the user's violation with the Service Use Regulation, TVPAW will unilaterally and completely decide on the appropriate form of handling below:
a) Lock the account for a limited time (the number of days is decided by TVPAW depending on the severity of the violation or permanently).
b) Remove all rights of users associated with products and services provided by TVPAW. If the TVPAW account is permanently locked, all of the account holder's benefits will also be permanently blocked.
The penalty of locking an account with a definite term is applied to privacy-infringing acts such as using other people's personal photos, disclosing personal data and other people's information such as names, address, phone number without consent or any other violation as considered and determined by TVPAW.
Penalties of permanent lock are applied including but not limited to acts of users taking advantage of TVPAW to destroy the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. This behavior includes, but is not limited to users naming accounts with the same names as celebrities, national heroes, leaders; sabotage the TVPAW service system such as taking advantage of the use of the product to infiltrate the server system in order to sabotage the service or obstruct the access to information; members use technical tools to increase activity points, gifts...
For acts and signs of fraud in payment, TVPAW has the right to apply one of the above sanctioning forms depending on the nature and severity of the violation that TVPAW deems necessary.
In case the user's violation is not specified in this Regulation, depending on the nature and seriousness of the violation, TVPAW will unilaterally and completely decide on a reasonable level of punishment.
XI. SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES, COMPLAINTS
Any claim arising during use must be sent to TVPAW immediately after the event giving rise to the claim. TVPAW will base on each specific case to have a suitable solution.
When exercising the right to make a complaint, the complainant is obliged to provide papers, evidences and grounds related to the complaint and must be responsible for the contents of the complaint, papers, evidences and proof provided by us in accordance with the law.
TVPAW only supports and resolves complaints and denunciations in case you have fully, honestly and accurately recorded information when registering an account.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and release TVPAW from all legal obligations, proceedings, losses and expenses including but not limited to court fees, attorneys' fees, and consultants' fees in connection with the settlement or arising from your violation during use.
XII. AGREEMENT
When you visit our website/app, you agree to the terms stated on the website/app. The website/app reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove any part of the Policy and Conditions of Use at any time, the changes take effect as soon as they are posted on the website/ application without prior notice. Please check website/app often to stay up to date with our changes.
